A property lawyer with particular specialism in real estate finance, Archie has extensive experience acting for banks, alternative lenders and borrowers in this field and has advised clients on the development of green finance solutions.
In addition to transactional work he has given training sessions on green and sustainable finance issues relating to real estate financings and has advised lenders on suggested changes to their precedent documentation to better align with green/sustainable lending principles.
Archie is a member of The Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) Europe's green finance working group and chairs Stephenson Harwood's green and sustainable finance team.
