Kiersten has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of the employment lifecycle. Her particular expertise is in high value litigation (having led many cases in the High Court and Employment Tribunal), remuneration arrangements, senior executive appointments and terminations, restrictive covenants/protection of confidential information and advising firms and individuals on the employment law aspects and implications of regulatory contraventions (including LIBOR and FX manipulation and market abuse).
Her work regularly involves matters spanning multiple jurisdictions, including parallel litigation or investigations outside the UK, advising on complex employment/severance arrangements for senior executives whose activities span domestic and foreign regulatory jurisdictions and cross-border business sales and restructurings.
